Research Activities:
- B.Sc. Dissertation: Long term effect of insulin on leukocytes of type ۱ diabetic patients as assayed by the comet assay.
- Collaboration with PhD students for comet analysis (visual and using software)
- Collaboration for analysis of micronuclei in binuclei cells
Technical capabilities:
- Familiar with Comet assays (neutral and alkaline version) and analysis, PCR, micronuclei assay, principles of lymphocyte culture and chromosome preparation.
